This year, we are bringing back POPCORN! We are also bringing back Fort Smith Popcorn Co., a family-owned business out of Fort Smith, AR, so it’s a semi-local company! Their popcorn is non-GMO, oil popped (coconut oil primarily), and uses real ingredients.

Here are some of the highlights of the fundraiser along with some important information:

  • Begin date: Wednesday, August 25, 2026

  • End date: Thursday, September 10, 2026 (this is the day they will turn in forms and all checks/cash)

  • 50% profit

  • Collect money at time of order. — CASH is our preferred method. Tell customer: Once popcorn is ordered, popcorn will be delivered to CST in about two weeks from order date. You will then pick up from CST and deliver to customer.

  • Donations are accepted year-round (we make 100% profit off donations) – donations can easily be made in your TouchBase account for CSTO families or online at https://ks-olathe-lite.intouchreceipting.com/CSTOrchestra for customers and extended family

  • Money earned from orchestra kids stays with the orchestra program

  • Each grade level uses the money for their field trips, music purchase, instrument purchases, etc.

Prizes

  • Every bag of popcorn sold is a bag of fun size candy on everyday leading up to turn-in day - once per order
    + 1 bag = 1 sale
    + Every $7.50 in donation = 1 sale

  • Some days will be double candy day for showing Dr. K your order form!

  • Top seller in orchestra = Otamatone

  • 3 Runners Up = Hammock or Inflatable Chair (your choice of color)

  • Movie Party = all students who sell ten (10) bags of popcorn OR collects $75.00 in donation will attend a movie party at CST!
